1. Scope of Application
1.1. These GTC apply to all orders placed on the Website by "Consumers", defined as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity they may carry out. If the Customer is not a Consumer, these GTC will not apply.
1.2. By placing an order on the Website, the Customer declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these GTC. It is the Customer's responsibility to consult the GTC before making any purchase.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. Any changes will be effective from the moment of their publication on the Website and will apply exclusively to orders placed after that date.
2. Product Information
2.1. The Seller offers for sale on the Website a variety of gift items, including, but not limited to, home and kitchen textile products, stationery and bookstore items, ceramics and tableware, bags, totes, and other accessories.
2.2. The main characteristics of the products are presented on the Website within each product sheet. The product images on the Website are purely illustrative and may not be perfectly representative of their physical characteristics.
2.3. The Seller undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the products; however, it cannot guarantee the exact match between the image and the actual product, especially regarding color shades, which may vary depending on the monitor used by the Customer.
3. Prices
3.1. Product prices are stated in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT.
3.2. Prices include shipping costs for Italy. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated based on weight and destination.
3.3. The Seller reserves the right to modify product prices at any time. The applicable prices will be those in force at the time the Customer submits the order.
4. Purchase Order
4.1. To place an order, the Customer must follow the guided procedure on the Website, adding the desired products to the shopping cart and completing all required steps.
4.2. The submission of the order constitutes a binding contractual purchase proposal by the Customer, subject to acceptance by the Seller.
4.3. Upon receiving the order, the Seller will send the Customer an order confirmation email to the email address provided. This email will summarize the ordered products, prices, any shipping costs (if applicable), and payment methods. The order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order, but merely a confirmation of receipt.
4.4. The sales contract shall be deemed concluded only when the Seller sends the Customer a dispatch confirmation email for the products.
4.5. The Seller reserves the right not to accept an order in the following cases (non-exhaustive list):
Unavailability of the ordered products.
Non-payment or rejection of payment authorization by credit institutions.
Fraudulent orders or suspected fraudulent activity.
Any other circumstance that the Seller deems justifies the refusal of the order.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment for the products can be made through the methods indicated on the Website at the time of placing the order (e.g., credit cards, PayPal, etc.).
5.2. In the event of non-payment, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1. The Seller undertakes to ship the products within a maximum of 10 business days from the dispatch confirmation date, excluding products available on pre-order, for which restocking timelines will be communicated. Delivery times depend on the carrier handling the shipment, subject to any delays due to force majeure.
6.2. Shipping costs are borne by the Seller, unless specified otherwise for certain items or in the case of shipments outside Italy.
6.3. Delivery of the products will be made to the address specified by the Customer in the order. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the address provided.
6.4. Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify the integrity of the packaging and that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document. Any damage to the packaging or products must be immediately reported to the carrier and notified to the Seller within 3 days of delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1. Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason and without penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the products.
7.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication to the Seller via certified email (PEC) or standard email to amministrazione@cocicom.com or amministrazione@pec.cocicom.com, containing an explicit statement of their decision to withdraw from the contract. To this end, the Customer may use the standard withdrawal form set out in Annex I, Part B, of the Consumer Code (also available on the Website), or submit any other explicit statement.
7.3. Products must be returned to the Seller, at the Customer's expense, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer communicated their decision to withdraw. Products must be returned intact, unused, unwashed, complete with all labels, original packaging, and any accessories.
7.4. The Seller will refund all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Seller), without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which it was informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw. The refund will be carried out using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise. The Seller may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or until the Customer has supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
7.5. The right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or personalized products, or items which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code.
8. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
8.1. The Seller guarantees that the products sold on the Website conform to the indicated characteristics and are free from defects of conformity for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of delivery, pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
8.2. In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled to have the product brought into conformity free of charge by repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction, or to the termination of the contract.
8.3. The Customer forfeits these rights if they do not report the defect of conformity to the Seller within 2 (two) months from the date on which the defect was discovered.
8.4. To report a defect of conformity and claim the warranty, the Customer must contact the Seller using the contact details provided in these GTC.
9. Liability
9.1. The Seller shall not be liable for service disruptions or delays in performance caused by force majeure, fortuitous events, or any other causes not attributable to the Seller.
9.2. The Seller shall not be liable for damages, losses, or costs arising from the use of the Website or the products, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Seller.
10. Protection of Personal Data
10.1. The Customer's personal data will be processed by the Seller in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended), as specified in the Seller's Privacy Policy available on the Website.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

12. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
12.1. Consumer Customers residing in Europe are informed that the European Commission has established an online platform providing an alternative dispute resolution tool.
